The International Summer School is a joint project of Murmansk State Technical University, Rovaniemi Polytechnic and Lulea University of Technology, designed especially for those who is interested in the Russian North, its people, culture and nature.

Barents specialists Network is an umbrella that joins together educational institutions, teachers, researchers, students and other interested people from four countries: Finland, Norway, Russia and Sweden. Meetings, seminars and joint education activities of the network will lead to new cooperation initiatives, projects and business opportunities that benefit the whole region.
