All the speakers highlighted one global development goal of the northern territories – improving the quality of life in the Arctic. And by now many goals have been achieved in the Murmansk region. Andrey Chibis, Governor of the Murmansk region, shared his ideas and further plans in attracting young people to the region and creating better conditions to study and work here. And our university does its best to make these plans come true!
