Report materials, registration form of the participant, copy of the payment receipt are to be submitted to the steering committee of the conference not later than 12 January 2009.

Each article and application is to be submitted as a separate file. Materials contents must not exceed 4 pages, including annotation in the English language.
Form of participation: in presence (oral or stand report) and distant.
Materials of the conference will be produced in CD version.
Registration fee includes: cost of producing CDs containing materials of the conference, invitation letters, mailing, etc.
Registration fee: – for the participants from the Russian Federation and Commonwealth of Independent States:
with the reports publication and participation in the conference work – 580 rubles.
with the reports publication without participation in the conference work – 400 rubles.
For foreign participants registration fee is 1,600 rubles.

REQUIREMENTS TO REPORT’S FORMATTING
Word processor: Word 6.0 or 7.0 for Windows, font: Times New Roman ; font size 14;
Font of the headline: 14 semi-bold, italic (syllabification is not allowed);
Font of the authors’ surname: 14 semi-bold;
List of authors’ surnames comes after the headline (required space) and is aligned left;
After the list of authors’ surnames come city, name of organization and chair, e-mail in italics and brackets;
After e-mail, required space, comes short annotation not more than 4-5 lines in English;
The main body of the text is typed one blank line missed from list of authors’ surnames;
Paragraph indention in the text- 1,25 cm;
Line spacing – single;
Left, right, top and tail margins are -2,5 cm;
Text justification, scanistor, formulas in Microsoft Equation, drawings and tables in Microsoft Word;
References to literature sources are to be made within the text in round brackets, the list of bibliography goes at the end of the article;
Electronic version of each article is to be submitted as an individual file. REPORTS’ TEXTS ARE TO BE THOROUGHLY REDACTED.
