MSTU provides some services in the field of higher education for foreign citizens. They may study at all faculties of MSTU as well as at the post- graduate courses. Education is provided on condition of full compensation of the expenses for teaching or by mutual agreement between the state where the student came from and the Russian Federation.
MSTU provides services for the foreign students in teaching Russian on the preliminary courses for further entering the University. The students are provided with the hostel.
At present the students and post-graduates from different countries of the world study at MSTU.
Within the framework of the existing at MSTU Centre of International Co-operation and Educational Programmes it is supposed providing educational services for the foreign citizens not only on traditional marine specialities but also on socio-economic and humanitarian blocks. There is the student's hostel up to the international standards. The foreign students willing to study at MSTU can live there. The duration of the educational programmes we offer for foreign students vary from 3 months up to 6 years.
